Cancellation Policy for AdelRIDE & AdelWINE
At AdelRIDE and AdelWINE, we understand that plans may change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while honoring the commitments we make to our drivers and external partners.
Our cancellation terms vary by the type of service booked. Please review the relevant section below for the policy applicable to your booking.
AdelRIDE Chauffeur Services
(This applies to general transport, including airport transfers, corporate travel, and point-to-point bookings.)

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refundable.

Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking price.
AdelWINE Wine Tours
(This applies to all curated wine tour packages in regions like the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, etc.)
Due to the advance booking requirements and strict cancellation policies of our third-party suppliers (such as wineries and restaurants), AdelWINE wine tours are subject to different terms.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests for wine tours are generally non-refundable, regardless of the notice period. This is because tour costs are pre-paid to our partners and are non-recoverable.

Any potential refund or credit is subject to the terms of our suppliers and is at the sole discretion of AdelWINE management.
Travel Insurance is Strongly Recommended We strongly advise all guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events, personal emergencies, or circumstances that may result in you needing to cancel your tour.
